Planning to join our Korean baseball tour? Whether you're a first-time fan or a returning guest, this FAQ covers all the key info, from the season schedule to food, merch, weather policies, and more. Let’s get you game-day ready!
ℹGeneral Info
1. When is the baseball season?
The 2025 KBO season starts on March 22nd.
Pre-season games take place on March 13, 14, 17, and 18, note: no cheerleaders during pre-season, but we still host tours!
2. How many people are in a group?
Up to 11 people per group.
3. Are there games after August?
Yes! Regular-season games can extend into September and early October, especially if games were canceled earlier in the season.
🎟 Tickets & Seating
4. Can I book post-season tickets via JJAN Travel
Unfortunately, post-season tickets are not guaranteed due to very high demand. If we do organize a post-season event, we’ll announce it via our Instagram, so keep an eye out!
5. Where are our seats?
Our default seats are in the NAVY section (2nd floor, near 1st base), great view, close to cheering sections. On busy days (weekends, rivalry games), we might sit in the outfield, closer to the field but farther from the cheerleaders.
6. Can I upgrade to better seats?
Possibly! Send us a DM for availability and pricing, and we’ll send you an invoice if the upgrade is possible.
🍗 Food & Merch
7. When do we eat?
We usually eat before the game so we can talk about the teams and players.
If we plan to eat after the game, we’ll notify you in advance via email (from JJAN Travel).
8. Where can I buy a jersey or merch?
- Stadium shops (for LG Twins & Doosan Bears), open 2 hours before the game.
- “Unique Sport” near the stadium, offers all team merchandise. Heads-up: there’s often a long line, and it closes before game time.
- KBO Store at Sinsa Station, offers official merch for all KBO teams.
🌦 Weather & Logistics
9. What if it rains?
☔ If heavy rain is forecast, the game may be canceled.
Cancellation is usually announced 30 minutes to 1 hour before game time. However, If there’s high rain risk, the game may move to Gocheok SkyDome (we’ll notify you 24 hours in advance). If the game is canceled last minute, we’ll still meet, eat, and wait, and offer a 50% refund if it doesn’t go ahead.
10. Can I bring a bag?
Yes, you can bring a bag.
11. What items are banned at the stadium?
No sharp objects, dangerous items, or alcohol over 7% allowed.
12. Where is the stadium?
The tour takes place at Jamsil Baseball Stadium, home of the LG Twins and Doosan Bears.
13. Where can I store my luggage?
There are lockers available at Sports Complex Station, which is also our tour meeting point.
